Neither manufacturer nor Supreme Modular will be responsible for damage caused by trees or damage that has occurred due to an improper site. Drywall cracks are not covered under warranty.
Supreme Modular will make every attempt to process your claim as quickly as possible. If you consider your Warranty Claim item(s) to be an emergency repair then you must make minimal repairs necessary to avoid the emergency until authorization for more extensive repairs has been reviewed / approved.
Emergency repair means substantial risk of serious physical damage to the home or bodily injury to occupants.
Except for authorized emergency repairs, do not repair or attempt to repair a claimed defect before the responsible party has an opportunity to inspect the defect. Any attempt to repair a claimed defect other than an authorized emergency repair, will make it impossible to assess whether the defect was covered under warranty, whether the repair was correct, cost-effective, necessary, and effective, or whether the problem could be resolved in another way. Unless an emergency defect repair is authorized, responsible party will have no responsibility to reimburse any costs due to repair, replacement, and expenses, including engineering and attorney’s fees.
