Our Modular Home Shore Plans feature  styling to suite your perfect beach home get away.  Shore Plans should include open and airy living while also efficient in space design to accommodate your welcomed guests.  Many homes have 9′ first floor ceilings, cathedral ceilings and large windows.  Our  shore plans can be build on a standard block/concrete foundation or raised pile foundation, the choice is yours.

A few building considerations when building a beach home:

1. Consider building an outside shower.

2. Do you want to live on or off the water.

3. Consider room for kids:  A separate play room or family room is a nice way to offer the kids an area of their own.

4. Consider room for guests:  Consider an extra room that can be easily used as a guest bedroom.  Also, consider a private master suite.

5. Consider a versatile screened in porch: Keep the bugs from you and your coastal view.

6. Foundation height:  It is a good idea to check with your insurance company about the height of the finished first floor.  Insurance companies sometimes offer discounts for homes elevated above the minim.
